We have used appliance doctor twice in the last 6 weeks. I wasn’t sure how this worked when we are managing this long distance and unfamiliar with the history of our appliances. They were recommended by building management and did not disappoint. I was very pleased with the scheduling , communication & service. They kept in contact every step of the way communicating appointment times , prices and arrival windows via phone calls, texts & emails. Each time they came , (different tech for different appliances ) the technician efficiently assessed the problem with both our freezer which was complicated and ordered quite a few parts ( tracks and seals , etc) and our disposal which he fixed at first visit, We did have to wait a few weeks for parts but that seems very normal these days, I followed up to check on parts several times just to stay on their radar . As soon as parts were in we scheduled quickly and they returned to instal everything. Each time their tech communicated with me on the phone while in my apartment to explain things and address any other concerns since we couldn’t be there. I also loved that they worked well with building management to provide a COI and then used building protocols to access the apartment and do the repairs. Very happy and will continue to use them in the future’
